Megan McCullough is the General Manager of Polaris at Assembly Health, where she leads the company’s clinical consulting and RCM teams. She brings extensive experience across skilled nursing and post-acute care, including clinical operations, business development and growth strategy, as well as 17 years as a licensed Occupational Therapist. Megan holds a Doctorate in Health Science from the University of Indianapolis, a Master of Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University and the RAC-CT certification.
Wendy Strain has over 25 years of healthcare experience ranging from acute care to the long-term care setting. Wendy began her healthcare journey when she discovered her love of caring for others while serving in the US Army as a Medic. In her current role as Director of Consulting Services, she is responsible for the development, management, implementation, and direction of clinical and regulatory programs for Polaris Group. Additionally, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Polaris Group Consultants. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren.
